Your tickets and tax invoice are included in the confirmation email sent to you immediately after successfully registering for an event. Check the inbox of the email you registered with the order.
This email will come from order@humanitix.com
If you still cannot locate your tickets, check any other associated email address you may use as well as your junk or spam folders.
More informationBefore you request a refund, please double check your event's refund policy as each event host may have different refund policies set out. You can find this information on the event page.
If you are eligible for a refund, contact the event organiser to request a refund. In the "Contact Organiser" page, you will see it as one of the options in the dropdown menu. You can contact your organiser by searching for your event below.

You do not need to create an account on Humanitix to manage your details.
If you do not see an edit order/update order button on your confirmation email it's likely your event host has disabled this option. You will need to get in touch with the event host directly to request any changes to your booking details.
