“I have set our finance team up with access so they can see everything and also receive a notification when a payout has occurred. They can check the bank account and know which event it relates to. It’s good to know payouts happen straight away after the event and that it’s not just sitting in there without us knowing.”
“When we run high demand events like Open Days, being able to use the automated waitlist function has been a huge improvement. Previously the staff in the office were calling and managing a manual list and it took a lot of their time.”
“The other thing we noticed was how easy it is to keep brand styling consistent across different events. There are so many different event organizers at the school who don’t necessary have the skills or time to create their own event branding. One of the jobs we contemplated was them sending their ticketing branding to us first and we go through it all, but that’s too time consuming with so many events.
