Rabbits Eat Lettuce returns to Humanitix

We’re excited to welcome back one of Australia’s most iconic festivals, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, as they return to Humanitix as their ticketing platform of choice. This comes after an unexpected disruption with their previous provider, Lyte, which recently went dark - leaving many festivals including Rabbits Eat Lettuce in a difficult situation.

Lyte, a US-based company that took over Festicket and Event Genius in 2022, suddenly ceased operations without warning in September this year. This left numerous festivals across Australia scrambling to find an alternative solution, with ticket sales paused and event timelines at risk. Rabbits Eat Lettuce, a festival known for its loyal community, was particularly affected, and urgently needed a reliable, stable platform.

Having worked with us before, the organisers of Rabbits Eat Lettuce knew they could count on Humanitix to step in quickly. Within days, we had reactivated their ticketing, ensuring attendees could continue purchasing tickets without disruption or confusion. More importantly, our team was able to offer peace of mind at a time when so many other festivals were still dealing with the fallout from Lyte’s closure.
