The main goal of the new experience is to make your buyer's purchase journey as beautiful and seamless as possible. These improvements are the culmination of the feedback we've received over the past 8 years. Thanks to all of you who have contributed towards this exciting update!

New styling will appear throughout the full purchase journey (from Event Page to Order Confirmation). All elements have been rebuilt from the ground-up.
More imagery for better engagement
Spend less time on the copy and express your brand more easily by adding images to Tickets, Packages and Groups! We will soon add image galleries to Add-ons too!
Reduced friction, increased sales
Better, human-centered design means reduced friction at checkout and increased sales.
We aim to be the most web-accessible ticketing platform in the world! The new UI allows us to achieve this with major improvements in the works.
Reliable as ever
Ticket processing will stay as reliable as ever. (I'll let you in on a secret... your transactions have been running smoothly on our new infrastructure for at least 9 months and no one noticed!)
Do I need to do anything?
No, don't move a muscle. Your event checkout experience will transition automatically.
Is this optional?
No, but trust us, you’ll love it! Everyone will transition together. The launch of this overhaul means we can now move on to implementing even more upgrades!
