Profit comprising more than 100 young men who volunteer a substantial amount of time to raise money on behalf of disadvantaged, at-risk youth in their local community. Now in its 35th year, DCF is known for hosting world-class fundraising events that combine five-star service and top-

DCF runs huge fundraising events like the Polo Classic with up to 3,000 attendees in one evening. They needed a reliable platform with low fees for both their ticketed events and online donations. With such large, prestigious events, it was also important that the ticketing platform was easy to navigate with responsive support when managing their events on
the go.

“Before I arrived, they used a different ticketing platform and it was a pain and just kind of a mess. And then when I started, we registered people through another online system. Well that totally blew up. It was a nightmare and it was almost like any thousand people could have showed up at the event because we didn’t know what was going on.”

Humanitix was able to offer lower fees than their previous ticketing providers, for both online donations and ticket sales, with our special Not-For-Profits rate. Not only that, Humanitix drastically improved DCF’s ticketing and check-in processes.

DCF was able to stream those cost savings directly into their impact grants, helping them break their own record for the FY2022 and reach their 5-year 2023 vision, with grantmaking of nearly $1.5 million.
